Unsatisfied customer
I worked in a call center, and I received several calls from customers who were very dissatisfied with the internet and telephony services.
Once a customer called me saying that the internet was not working.
I told him:
I'm sorry this happened, I'm here to help with your problem.
I calmed the customer down and gave the coordinates on what he should do, and that was how my service took place.
After completing the procedures, the customer said that the service had been restored, and thanked me very much for my service.
