Brazilian law and Japanese traffic law

 Japanese law is perfect, as it punishes people who commit crimes very strictly.

When there is a severe punishment, people think twice before committing an infraction, in this way it will not cause harm to society.

In my country, people drink and drive their cars, and often many tragedies happen that could have been avoided due to the indiscriminate use of alcohol.
